Consumers pay the price for Outsurance mistakes

Last year i insured my Audi A4.When i called outsurance back to give them new business, after the telephone conversation i was informed that my current premium will increase. When asked why, they informed me that due to an error on their side, it was not noted that my wife (regular driver) had an accident previously. When they updated the information on the system, the premium increased by R150.00.The next day my account was deboted pro rata for this amount. I disputed the fact that i should be paying for this in the first place, however before they even investigated the matter on their side, they debited my account. I spoke to Liesel and Jessica who in turn after 28 minutes on the phone finally put me through to Mapula who could at this stage still not solve my query. Outsurance has insisted that i will need to pay the difference despite it being their fault. I have never had any incidents personally, which i did inform them. Seems like the honest just keep on getting the bad end of the stick. Im eager to see how this problem is going to be sorted out, as they always claim to have Outstanding service. The only thing That needs to get out is Outsurance!
