Cancelled Policy, Still get debited

Bought a new car (still getting the car on 15 Feb 2013), and A & G was the first to phone me for insurance (Thursday 7 Feb 2013). Phone back after a few minutes to cancel the policy. Phone back on Monday- Tuesday 11-12 Feb 2013 to make sure that it has been CANCELLED and CONFIRMED that there will be NO deductions, this morning 13 Feb 2013 my account was debited.

This is money from me. With a verbal contract on the phone stating that I CANCELLED my policy, A & G have no right to debit my account. This is truly unacceptable.
