I filled a claim on the 17th of January 2013 for 2 ipods, their accessories and wine that were from my home.
I paid the R1000 access and the company that was contracted delivered the 2 ipods and an itrip. Outsurance also paid the amount to replace the wine. The other accessories for the ipods are still undelivered and also not paid out.
I have contacted Edith Jubanee, person in charge of my claim, numerous times since. I even provided them with quotations (although they claim that they do all the work for you) for the accessories still missing. But I have not had any reply.
This is really bad service!!! Why should I pay the R1000 access if Outsurance does not come to the party with the claimed goods???
Also very bad service because they don't even respond to e-mails!!!
