Tasked with administartion of an estate, refused to consult or answer questions by an heir, repeatedly requests sale documents to be signed with no original sale document and dates of sale on affidavits, when pressed on this Nexia conveniently resign from the account and threaten legal action after heir lodged complaint at their offices, complaint apparently sent to senior partner by HR manager, no response received from senior partner to date, leagal threat mail received from person complaint lodged against, although they forgot to delete the conversation between themselves and the HR manager before sending the mail, the complaint never reached the "senior person" or this how they deal with complaints!
