To Whom it may concern
I am unable to understand that a application for a homeloan can take in excess of 2 months. We applied for a homeloan during April 2013 and to date we have not received a response whether the loan has been approved or not.
We are pushed from puller to post and nobody can tell us how far we are with this process. We firsly applied via the Centurion branch by an employee called Donovan Dawson, Donovan did not give any motivation for the loan to be granted. This was after we explained the detailed situation to him.
We then took this application up with our banker, Stefan Maclean at the KBY Branch and he also has been unable to give feedback on this. We explained to both Stefan and Donovan that we have spend in excess of R 900k at our 4-star guesthouse on improvements and we would like to apply for a R 400k homeloan. The property was valued in March 2013 for R 5.5mil with our current bond value set at R2.1mil.
We need the additional money to put in services (Road, sewage and complete the subdivision) on the remaining 2000 m3 of erf on the propertry so we can expand and increase the value of the property.

I need a answer URGENTLY!!!
