I was frustrated with this company at 1st as my insurance claim took a long time to process. I even lodged a complaint on Hello Peter to which I received a call from one of the managers within a few hours of the complaint being sent. I was informed as to the procedure that took place and became a little more patient. A midst my frustration I was constantly updated by one of the technicians (Natasha Esterhuizen). I am glad that my claim has been resolved and approved. The service wasn't the most efficient but I was spoken to in a friendly manner by staff nonetheless and had the details of my claim explained well to me.
