I contacted the claims department on the 22/12/12 to report my car being in an accident and was told the assessor would come check the car the following week but he only showed on the 3/01/13 telling me that the car will be picked up (as its not drivable) on the Monday being 7/01/13. It's the 11th today and the car is still not picked up and I cannot get through to the person dealing with my claim, Alvin 011 777 7271, whom has received emails and messages to contact me from his colleagues since Monday 7/01/113 but still does not have the nerve to do so, meanwhile he is in the office. (Supplier name changed from Santam to Sa Underwriters by Hellopeter.com)
