False Accusation

I Got insurance from Sa Underwriters with Santam. In less than a year they sent me a notification of cancellation due to multiple claims.
My biggest concern is that I cant get reasonable insurance for my Audi A1 due to them stating that I made multiple claims.
I only had one claim with them but my score is being tarnished by their false claim.
