Switching to FNB has become a nightmare

At the beginning of this year I switched over to FNB premier banking as I thought I could benefit from the many rewards they offered, but boy was I wrong. I was horrified with regards to the after service I received. Firstly I was promised that my credit card will be delivered to me within three days. After enquirying numerous times I was told to re-issue the contract (as they lost it), which I gladly did and its now gone two weeks and nobody not even my premier banker can tell me when my card will be delivered. Similarly I have opened up fluid accounts for my kids and now waiting close to a month and still not have recieved it. I have issued instructions to the bank with regards to my debit orders and beneficary list. None to date have been loaded. I have phoned on numerous occassions, left messages for premier banking to call me back but all in vane.

I am frustrated and disappointed with FNBs aftersale service and will be closing all dealing with FNB and will gladly be returing back to my bank. It certainly tarnished my image of FNB and I strongly recommend against swtiching over to FNB.
