Firstly i took the car insurance in 31 october 2011 for prime total cost protection plan B. the benefits provided are & hijacking, accidental write-off, fire and natural disaster. Today i was nearly hijacked but managed to run off but by car was left with a front window damaged because it was smashed. first thing i did was to get to the police station got a case open and got the number, next step i call the insurance to report the incident and claim for that damage they told me it is not covered hence the contract does not stipulate whether they do not cover for such damages. i tried to let them explain why is this they kept on transfering my call till i got this robin who was rude when my husband called again for the third time he hung up. we then decided to go straight to their offices which on the contract the addresss is 54 peter place glahogow house only to find out their offices moved 5years back no update was given on that. we eventually got their offices spoke to Manie Vermaak who could not assist in any way told us we should make an appointment if we need to talk to him, what a bad service we received and its such a disgrase that company is giving their custome
