Paid For a full Service but only got Half of what

Towards the end of last year I took up a service from Lucidcredit were I paid R3800.00 for the below services :
1. Score Fix
2. Credit Fix
3. Legal Fix

Initially I had 9 accounts which they needed to contact my creditors about to re instate and make payment arrangements for.
At the end of it all they only sorted out 6 of the 9 accounts and claim that my files are closed on their side and that I need to pay more more for them to sort out the outstanding 3 accounts.
On top of the R3800 they still want more money!!!
Once of the services that I paid for was for score fixing but how is my score going to get fixed with the 3 outstanding accounts.
I tried to take this matter up with them and I was refereed to their QA department and till today I'm still waiting for an outcome. Their QA department claims that they need 30 days to resolve complaints but how can something so simple need 30 days to resolve.
