I am a new standard bank client and I applied for vehicle finance through Mrs Singh and her assistant Beverly who were terrific no problem with them. I have started a new job at a company and was approved for finance because I have an excellent credit history and can afford the car, everything was going great until the verification office declined my pre approval because they couldn't verify the company I work for who own franchises. I think this is grossly unfair as I have worked earned my degrees pay my taxes and keep a good credit profile now i am being punished because I work for a company that they have been unable to locate as the region has yet to install land lines via telkom so off course they won't have a land line I am disgusted as I came to Standard bank via referral and now I'm leaving cause I can't start a relationship with a bank in such a manner.
