I have applied for a new homeloan at Standard Bank. My application was delayed due to several Standard Bank employees negligence. My offer to purchase expired at 08:00 this morning and he was the only one prepared to help me (not even my own branch manager and staff in Bloemfontein were willing to help me). Danie Voges went not only the extra mile, he even gave me his personal number and cellphone number to contact him.
