I applied for a consolidation loan on Capitec's website. I was informed that a consultant would call me back within 2 - 3 working days. That was 2 weeks ago, and I have yet to hear from one of Capitec's "friendly & efficient consultants".
They have these wonderful ads on TV about how wonderful and efficient they are, but they have yet to return my call to finalise a query - not very efficient. It makes one wonder.
A response would have been greatly appreciated, as my query was rather urgent and, as it has not yet been resolved, I still sit in a predicament where I don't know if my application would have been successful or not.
Surely a company as big as Capitec should have a better response time to web-based queries and applications? I know most other companies do.
