This is my third (3rd) and last complaint about the same claim that is never finalized. My brother passed away on 26/09/2012 and I submitted the claim on 1/10/2012 but until now I 've heard nothing from Hollard.
They are so quick to respond with empty promises and after that I hear nothing from their side.
Now I am really sick and tired, I don't want to hear anymore of "you will be contacted soon" from anyone unless they phone to tell me about the outcome of the claim.
My next step now is the Newspapers/Media. It's time now to let the fellow South Africans know what this company is all about.
