I have cancelled my insurance with Discovery. Will end 31 Dec 2014. I have asked repeatedly (about 4-5 emails and a phone call) that they remove the tracking device - as this was the arrangement if and when i cancel my insurance.
I have cancelled my insurance about 2 weeks ago, and still no one has contacted me. I SHOULD NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PAYMENTS OF TRACKING DEVICE as of 1 January 2014. It is X-mas and shops and companies are closing down over this festive season.
Pls contact me regarding the removal of the tracking device - THIS IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY AND SHOULD NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PAYMENTS if your people cannot do their job!!!
