My name is Kaizer Vilakazi Clientel legal member. i have been paying them with no problem.and recently i discovered that im due for my cash back that is when you have paid 36 installment.in february i contacted them regarding this issue.in which they agreed that indeed i do qualify for cash back.they promised to make a payment on my account by end of the month till today no payment has been made.i called them again they said they have some errors on their system they will sort it and make the payment by end of April we in May now no one has bothered coming back to me me and inform me as what is happening, they just know how to deduct.
