Won't return internet transfe

On 15 December 2012, my boss accidentally transferred my salary into my old Standard Bank account. I cannot draw from this account as I'm behind on my overdraft payments, and the account has been locked. Their attorneys told me to go to the branch to get this transaction reversed.

I did go to the branch, where the consultants said they can't help me, but they phoned "Credit control" or somesuch and arranged for me to send through a letter from my company asking for the reversal, and my payslip. I faxed these documents through shortly after.

I've had some personal issues with family problems and have been unable to follow this up by phoning the bank every day to find out what's going on. It's now almost two months later and I haven't heard anything from them, and the money has not been reversed. My company needs this money back to balance at the financial year-end (end Feb).

Please give the money back. It was an accidental transfer, we've sent the documents, but nothing is happening.
