Reconsidering my loyalty to ABSA

The past week dealing with ABSA has been terrible the staff is extremely unfriendly not very helpful and has a terrible attitude. I have been loyal to ABSA all my life and in return it is a hassle to get anything thing out of them. All I want to know is if my credit limit on my credit card could be increased this is taking a week for a simple answer from ABSA every time I call in it's a different story. You get transferred from person to person and no one can help. You get promised to be called back but don't hold your breath on that it doesn't happen. Extremely disgusted with ABSA and the service I have been receiving. Will definitely be reconsidering my loyalty to them
