Unwillingness to listen or attend to customers

My Little sister applied for a student Loan with this bank. I personally filled it out online and got a referrence number and form to take to the branch. She arrived at the branch and met a very rude and lazy consultant or teller: Gugu Jiyane who told her if she didnt receive a text message yet they couldnt help her. She refused to listen to my sister and understand what was going on and told her she had costomers to serve and then told her if I phone her office my call would take long and would be attended to last. I spoke to the head office and received all the information and they were also surprised by the information provided by Gugu. I called later to take this up with her manager and was told the manager is unavailable today but they would transfer me to Octavia who also did not pick up the phone. I am not impressed by this service and will not be doing any dealings with them in future because of bad attitude and poor lazyness.

It is unacceptable and this was just bad customer service and lack of listening skills.
