ATM - Absa refuse to reimburse me

After the hardship Absa has caused me and my two daughters I want nothing more to to do with them. I am changing my banking to a better bank that actually cares about their customers.

Being a client of ABSA since 1988 I assumed that I am a reliable and trustworthy client, even though I don't have millions of dollars stored at the bank... But to accuse me of actually forming an alliance with a criminal in order to my own money, was just insane and humiliating.

In Sept 2012, an incident happened at an ATM in Wilropark, where a stranger harassed me while I was drawing money at the ATM. Little did I know that the damage was already done when I cancelled the transaction. Three days thereafter, R4 000 disappeared from my account, while I was on holiday with my daughters and parents.

After ABSA declined my request for reimbursement, this whole case was referred to the ABSAombudsman, where I have been informed that they will NOT reimburse me, due to negligence, possible alliance with the criminal as well as abnormal behaviour from the criminal.

Excuse me... The R4000 was my Dec holiday money... Where was I Dec??? At home!!! Well done ABSA! I hope you had a nice x-mas!
