Nudebt Management have been processing a debit of R399.99 on my bank account without my authority for the last three months. I have been trying to stop these unauthorised debits during the December 2012 and January 2013. Nudebt staff have adviced me that there is nothing they can do as they have recieved instructions from Samraz marketing. They provided me with the following number 0765980323 to engage with Samraz directly to stop these deductions. When calling the above number there is no replay.
I have informed Nudebt that they have an obligation to investigate and stop these as this is not only but money laundering and in violation of the laws of country.
I need an explanation as to the legality of these debits or for Nudebt to stop these unlawful deductions. That also nudebt provide dispute machanism in place for consumers who may be agrieved.
