WARNING: FNB on a go slow!

I get an SMS that my card is ready for collection. I go into FNB Centurion at 12pm and I left at 1:05pm WITHOUT my card.

I refuse to waste anymore time with this process. _IF_ FNB still wants me as a customer, someone is going to phone me and organize a time and date that I can come in and collect my card.

I will not spend another second waiting in a queue for nothing.
