Recently there was an issue on one of my accounts.
Standard Bank contacted me with regards to the issue before I even realized there was an issue. To me it is always great when you are contacted by your service provider before you have to contact them. It shows that they have their eye on the ball.
The issue was resolved in a very respectable time frame, and instilled trust in their services. After this incident I know I can rely on them to get the job done properly.
