I just spent a while on the phone with Yatish to get a quote after phoning numerous insurers, and what a pleasure. no one likes phoning around for insurance and answering the same questions over and over again but i actually didnt mind cause there was banter inbetween which made it more bearable. best of all he cut my premium substantially so i am very happy about that as well. i am hoping i dont have to call for any claims related issues but if on the odd chance i do i hope i will get the same friendly helpful service.
