A respread document was submitted in Nov 2012 confirming change of payemt date as well as extending the contract by 2 additional months.
An email was also send to state that the contract needed to be extented by 2 nmonths.
according to my knowledge everything was sorted out on the 5th of Dec 2013.
today i was informed that the account was handed over.
I had made payments as per the new aggreement.
I spoke to 2 peolple at the call center with no help.
i asked for a manager and was told that the supervisor ws unavailable
then i was given a managers numer which no one answers
