On Wednesday I tried to access an account online, but put in the password incorrectly. I was locked out of the account. I contacted the branch to enquire how to re-set the password. I was told I had to come into the branch. Explained to the gentleman that I was in the UK. He suggested I send RVN an email, which I did. I have now sent them 3 emails, and explained the sense of urgency to them. I have had no response to date. I have signing power on the account, which is in my mother's name. Can someone please re-set this password urgently? This slow service is seriously unacceptable. I would like this matter resolved today still.
