Absa loan department made a commitment to me advising me that there will be debit order that will go off on my account for the entire month of March 2013 and when it does go off, I should simply contact them and they will gladly reverse it because I've entered into a payment arrangement with them to pay my loan.
The debit order of R1, 845.00 went off on the 08th and I contacted them today to get the debit order reversed and now all of a sudden they encountering problems and they can't assist me. From a customers point, they have really disappointed me and now I'm sitting with even more problems because of them not keeping to there agreement.
