I submited a claim to [URL Removed] for a salary protection and they failed to contact me on several occasions and when I called I was told they will get back to me. It took a request to the head service department Jacqui Sauls (who was great by the way) to get a call back. I got a call this morning that my claim was rejected due to a missing premium which after checking my bank statement shows to have been deducted every month since june 2011. I then called her back after which she never accepted her fault.
