Once again same problem!

My late mother left both my daughters money in her estate to be handed over to them when they reach 21. My oldest finally managed to get her inheritance after a year of to and fro with standard bank (the executors) and the Master Guardian. Thats was 4 years ago - it was hellish to try and get the money out to say the very least..

Now 4 years later my youngest is in the same predicament. Standard Bank say they have forwarded all paperwork over to Master Guardian who claim to have received nothing of the sort. I have spoken to countless different people at the Master Guardian and emailed the Wills/Estate enquiry line at Standard Bank who send out an automated response that you'll hear from them in due course but i havent in over a week.

Where do i go from here as calling the master guardian for assistance is a joke, they dont answer phones, transfer you to all and sundry or say they cant help - call standard bank.

This is a young girls inheritance.
