This is the third report I'm writing on Standard Bank in the last year and still about the same problem.
I paid up my Standard Bank Jet Master Card in the beginning of the year. In nine months after hundreds of phonecalls, countless e-mails, complaints on every site imagineable, they have still not managed to update this with Transunion.
I seriously do not know what to do to get service from Standard Bank!
They are pathetic and useless.
