Ushaka Marine World
Threats from Ushaka marine world safety office

I left my contact details with staff at the locker desk just in case the owner of an item I found made an enquiry. I then proceeded to the men's change room. A few seconds later someone identifying themselves as the safety officer started questioning me like a common criminal in front of the occupants of the change room in a disrespectful manner. I insisted on keeping the items since Ushaka had my contact details due to the sensitivity of the items. When I asked for his name, he hid his badge and stated "don't worry about my name, you will get what's coming to you, we have your details". The individual at the time seemed like he was under the influence and extremely desperate to get his hands on the items. Ushaka's lost and found dept was closed at the time so I made alternate arrangements to return the policeman's belongings. Ushaka seems to have mafia style staff with ulterior motives. No where in the OshAct does it stipulate that a safety officer is responsible for lost and found. This matter will be brought to the publics attention and to the policeman who owns the items found.
