Attention To Barko Management
I here with the last request concerning my status on my credit profile. 2021-09-06 I made a loan to Barko for an urgent matter. The money was debited on my salary date from my bank account but until today it's open whenever I'm checking my credit you're there open as if I didn't pay. I've called the nelspruit branch, head office several times I was promised to be cleared after sending the paid up letter.
I'm loosing my patience now it's been long my life can not be stuck because of your IT guys that can't do their jobs almost a year now. I'm giving you time until month end of December 2022 if my name won't be cleared by then I'm taking legal steps against Barko because I have all the proof to show that I have been communicating with you.

I'm hereby requesting your support department to assist with the name Clearance. I've been taking money from BFS last year and I never missed or delay any of the payment because the money was debited every last day of the month into my account. This error is giving me a bad record. Please removed me from the system bcs it shows open when I Check my status in credit score.
