Firstly, I emailed my claim in June about my incident. A month lately I still no response and got Karabo Ledwaba's name from another agent and immediately forwarded the claim to her. After I don't know how long she eventually contacted me, but as confused and lost like a needle in a haystack. She asked me for information of my claim which was already in the email. She requested for the invoices of the things I replaced, and I sent her an email advising my son threw them away because of the time that has lapsed since I put through the claim. We agreed that I should can go get a quote for the same things and send it through. Since then I sent her countless emails explaining why I haven't sent through the quote yet, and for the life of me she calls me today to follow up on the quote. When I made mention that I sent her emails, her reply was "I haven't seen your emails because I have so many emails coming through". I find that appalling because she's not abreast on her cases, and with everything I am going through right now, she's insensitive only because "she has to many emails". If her job doesn't include dealing with a lot of emails, than maybe you should consider hiring me to be her PA.
