In December I complained about money being deducted after I had arranged with Nedbank to change my Debit Order date and it not being done.
This was resolved rather quickly and painlesly.
Yet today, on the the 7th of the month, my account was once AGAIN debited on the wrong date.
The date for my debit order has been the 16th for how long.
What suddenly changed???
Why do I have to struggle so much!? Just leave it at the date it is supposed to be and stop charging me too early! Also doesnt help that I phone the call centre. Everyone just shifts blame.
So sick of this!!
