Failed to pay back my premiums

Since i have put a claim about my late mom Johanna Vetsheza Makgetha as from the 19th of February 2021 the Assupol did not pay my claim. I have phoned several times and talking with different agents all of them telling me that my they are processing my complaint to Financial office manager its almost a month now telling me that after seven days is going to be paid on my account, poor service.
