Lack of service-Awaiting refund almost 4 months

The insurance (SA Taxi insurance) settled my highjacked vehicle in full with SA Taxi but there was still two months instalments deducted from my bank account. They Thembi Mda from (SA Taxi Finance) asked me to send my banking details through, which i did in December 2020 already.

Since then i've been sending emails and phoning to follow up on my refund, but to date i'm receiving no response on any emails or phone calls.

I need to know what happened to my money?

I've been phoning every week for the past three months but are receiving no joy from them at all.
