Funeral payout delayed

My name is Precious Ntoae. I am the granddaughter of the Late Martha Johanna Dlamini.
She was a client of yours, she passed away on the 25/05/2013 and was buried on the 01/06/2013.
We still have not received her payment. My brother went to Assupol the branch in Katlehong by DH Williams Hall. He was told to do an affidavit to say who paid for the funeral and he did or the money would be given to her children. During the week of the funeral, he was told that my Late uncle was the beneficiary and was told to bring a death certificate,
Which he did, we waited and thought maybe the needed the banking details. So we waited until we could go to them face to face. I am the only one who works out of her grandchildren, I paid for the funeral and now they tell me that, the money would be given to her children.
I am so not happy, it's not even funny.
And how long does it take, because if the claim was processed during that week,
I would not have been necessary for me to use my money, that they now want to give to other people.
Money that I worked hard for, money that I should be spending on my Child's saving. We are still waiting even today. I am so dissapointed, poor service!!!
