Phoned The Courier Guy in Mossel Bay to enquire about my 1000 bags that was supposed to be deliverd today.I have sent an e-mail to [email protected] on Wednesday 24/02/2021 requesting to uplift the bags from Plastica Film Extrusions in Silverton as they have done since 2019.
They promised to phone me back as they were looking for my e-mail. An hour later @ 13h59 I phoned again and was advised they will phone me back in 2minutes. I finally got a call at 15h18.
NOW LISTEN TO THIS BULLSHIT.
Thousands of mails go to the Mosselbaai e-mail address resulting in this computer to "crash".I was advised to use the Mossel Bay e-mail address as 5 computors were ready waiting for any mails.After receiving "thousands" of e-mails that is when her computer crashed resulting that only my e-mail was lost.(Total Bullshit) If this computer has a problem why were clients not advised to use the Mossel Bay address.Bullshit again.Why would clients send thousands of mails to an e-mail address if there is a possibility that your mail will be lost.
I think the following should have happened:
Soory Jan, we here at Mossel Bay have fucked it up. Don't worry your bags will be here Monday Morning. Sorry for the inconvenience. Apology accepted. No Problem.
Instead they try and feed me the above Bullshit.
Upon a request from my side how can TCG speed up delivey, I was told I have to wait until next week Wednesday resulting in my Factory standing for 3 days. Who is going to recover my financial losses???
I know you will not miss my small monthly contributing but I can assure you the wheels are coming off at Mossel Bay Kiosk.
