A letter was sent to Mr Botha with regards to his account with Standard bank. A mail was sent this moring to [Email Removed] at 08:26 as per the letter that was posted to Mr. J.J Botha. A call was then made to their call centre 0861 498 468 and spoke to Bongani, he was asked if the mail was received whereby he responded and said the Admin department are the ones loading the mails etc. He was then asked that the client wants to fast track the matter and was asked for his e-mail address to forward the same mail as sent to the "admin department". He blatantly and said he does not have an e-mail address. If he so wanted not to provide excellent client serives he could have just advised that he is not allowed to provide the e-mail address. Its shocking really, seeing that Standard bank who witholds their reputation as important have people working there who blatantly make a fool their clients. Im disgusted and let down.
