Tombstone erection delayed

My name is salome mabena. I have paid for my fathers tombstone at tombstone land tembisa plaza last year October and they said to me that they will erect the tombstone in January because their offices are closed and they haven't done that till now
I called them several times and they said to me they will get back to me and now their cellphone no longer work and the shop is closed pls help
