Great professional attitude

I experienced problems in the past booking business travel with my FNB cheque account. It transpired that the card was not linked for Verified by Visa transactions.

The call center were abysmal in respect of technical know-how to resolve the problem. As a last resort I contacted Leoni and she and her colleague Shahida really demonstrated a great attitude and perseverance to resolve the problem.
