Someone who does what she says - excellent service

I have been a FNB customer for a few years now and have always been so impressed with the great service and attitude that their staff generally have. I had overpaid a loan I had taken and was having a disappointingly hard time getting my refund paid back.
I spoke to numerous people who all promised the money would be refunded with no action - and then I was fortunate enough to get to speak to Andile.
Although I was quite irate by the time I got put through to her (since I had not recieved my refund despite numerous promises). She was so patient and remained calm, friendly and professional.
More than that: she delivered what she promised! She said she would give me feedback and I received an update regularly informing me what she had done, how she was following up and when I could expect a refund. Andile succeeded in turning a disappointing and negative experiece into a positive one and because of her I am still super impressed wih FNB as my bank.
I sincerely hope Andile gets the recognition she deserves for being an asset to FNB.
