Unsatisfying customer service by Sales Team

I have, for the last 3 weeks, desperately been trying to obtain information regarding your service plan options. I have spoken to 3 different consultants, all either undertaking to provide me with quotes, which I have not received or undertaking to phone me back due to system errors on the particular day.

I am still waiting! This is professional and not how you gain new business!
