Contacted them regarding a claim for my Iphone. I had to pay my excess fee before they would collect the phone. I paid it within half an hour. I was informed that my phone will be collected within 72 hours, I am STILL waiting 148 hours later. I have NO idea why MTN feel the need to use these useless people, they (MTN) obviously does not have their customer's best interest at heart!!!
