We logged a claim last year Dec till today we are hearing the same story for payment to wait for 5days, an urgent email has been sent 2senior what what!!! For how long will a person wait, same story from each risk claim consultant, first wait 10days when 10days is over they tell you to wait 5days after 5days you call and one of the agents doesnt know how long it will take!!! PEOPLE WITH MOMENTUM POLICIES SHOULD JUST CANCEL & MOVE TO BETTER SERVICE PROVIDERS LIKE SANLAM&LIBERTY VERY QUICK RESPONSES...!!!
