Convieniantly removed all benificiaries

My Wife and I have had life policies with Momentum for the previous 6 Years.
adjustments were made 3 years back as for some reason Momentum had doubled our Original policies?
we were originally offered a full service package and subsequently ended all other policies we had with other companies. This seems to have been our worst financial decision to make. Best financial decision for Momentum!!
Momentum has lost deleted removed all beneficiaries off from our policies.
this matter has been running since December with no result.
I expect from momentum to tell me what went wrong alternatively they must transfer the od R8600-00 paid to them to a new policy with the provider of my choice as I have lost all trust in Momentum.
I have lost all trust in the company I am not willing to loose all the money paid over to the company because of their negligence.
I have been sent from pillar to post with no answers to date, nobody is taking any ownership concerning this matter.

should something happen to my wife or I will Momentum also just pocket the money? this is how it looks.

all of the above is why the NCA and Fais acts were brought into affect!
