I applies for Ucount on 21 June 2013 and was promised a card! Received no card. Enquired on 21 July and another card was issued! No card! Enquiired early in September and again a new card was promised. I feel this is taking to lang, middle of September and still no account! Makes you wonder if Ucount cards really exist?
