Discovery referred me to ITC BA because ITC BA did not load the payment arrangement on some system or another for Discovery to see. Nashieda raised her voice from the beginning of the call and did not remain calm even after I asked her on numerous occasions to not raise her voice. I am a client and not a criminal after all. She advised that I speak to Discovery again, thus passing the buck as well. as far as I am concerned they all need to learn to speak to clients with respect and then the clients will respect them in return. Treat others the way you want to be treated and in this case if you start screaming at me for no reason I will retaliate.
