I sent me vehicle in for repairs in november, the repair was approved on authorisation number 074927/45201, Mr SD Naidoo. The repairer which is merc specialist has been calling you guys for ages, faxing the invoices and still has not been paid, the owner showed me so many proof of faxes that it has been sent but innovation keeps saying we have not received it, poor service, they say they will call back but nothing. Now the owner has threaten to take my vehicle away till he gets paid or i have to pay the invoice amount. I am so frustrated at this service, no other warantee groups do this from what i have heard. I wish i could get my money back and move to another group.
